Within Erigmore House itself on the first floor we have three spacious apartments, which are well equipped and full of character.
All our apartments have a TV and video, are fully centrally heated and include bed linen but please bring your own towels and tea towels.

 

Atholl 1 (sleeps 4/6)
This spacious apartment has one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds and a bunk bed (single on top and opens up from a sofa to a double on the bottom). There is a separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a comfortable lounge/dining room with beautiful views of the Tay Valley.

 

Atholl 2 (sleeps 4)
Directly across the landing from Atholl 1 this cosy apartment has a double bedroom, large twin room with washhand basin and large bathroom with free standing victorian style bath with shower over.   There is a bright kitchen/dining area and leading off that a comfortable lounge.

 

The Wallace (sleeps up to 9)
Offering spacious accommodation for one large family or two families to share, this apartment has been decorated to a high standard to retain the character of the house.  It has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one three bedded room and a tastefully decorated lounge with a large bay window to allow views of the tree covered hillsides..  There are two bathrooms both with showers and featuring the original cisterns complete with chain flush.  The kitchen is large and bright with a breakfast bar for everyone to sit round and has been completely upgraded with bigger than average cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Our apartments offer everything you’d expect from a building with such character and charm. The restaurant and bar are situated in the lower part of the house.
