The Estate also offers a range of refurbished spacious apartments within Erigmore House, which is also home to the Erigmore House Restaurant and Zebra Bar. The holiday cottages and apartments come with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. Our accommodation is ideal for larger groups or families offering spacious and comfortable living. Many have traditional log burning stoves and have been beautifully upgraded and maintained to retain their original period charm and character.

The Erigmore estate is 14 miles north of Perth in the conservation village of Birnam by Dunkled. Set amongst some of Scotlands' finest highland scenery offering the perfect place to stop, relax and enjoy the surroundings of this unique and picturesque location. Erigmore has many stunning trees, nature and wildlife to explore, the grounds extend down to the famous river Tay which is perfect for a walk along its banks.
